Account Executive - Santa Fe Territory (1099, Commission)

Global Reach US is hiring an Account Executive to own the Santa Fe, NM territory — bringing our inbound AI phone agent to local businesses across the Santa Fe area. Every business in Santa Fe that misses a call misses revenue; you sell the product that fixes that, right in your own market. This is a remote, territory-based role modeled like a field agent for a national company: you work the Santa Fe market from home — there is no company office in Santa Fe — building and closing a book of local business you keep earning on. Compensation — uncapped, commission-only: You earn 35% of the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) you generate in years one and two, then a lifetime recurring 20% of that MRR from year three onward, for as long as you remain active. Your Santa Fe book compounds the longer you sell. "Active" means closing at least one new account within any rolling 90-day window. What you'll do: own the full cycle in the Santa Fe, NM market — prospect, present, and close local businesses; build a recurring book you are paid on for its lifetime. What we're looking for: a self-directed closer who knows or wants to own the Santa Fe market and can run a commission-only pipeline. Sales experience preferred; local-business or field sales a plus.
